Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Region promoted in Scandinavian countries

The delegation of the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Region (EMTR) has successfully completed its tourism promotion activities targeting Scandinavian countries.

The Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Region (EMTR) delegation returned from Sweden on Thursday, February 7, concluding its promotional activities in Scandinavian countries.

Following a visit to Helsinki, Finland, last month, the EMTR delegation recently held a two-day event in Malmö, Sweden. With these efforts, the region has made a significant promotional push in two key Scandinavian markets.

As a result of these initiatives, the growing interest of the Scandinavian market in EMTR’s tourist destinations has been reaffirmed. This positive development serves as an encouraging indicator for the region’s tourism sector.

The tourism promotion campaign will continue in the coming period with events planned in various Balkan countries.
