Citizen service centers closed nationwide on November 16 and 23

Citizen Service Centers (KEP) across the country will remain closed on Saturday, November 16, and Saturday, November 23, due to scheduled system maintenance and upgrades.

The upgrade process will occur in distinct phases over the two days, in collaboration with the General Secretariat of Information Systems (GSIS) of the ministry of Digital Governance, to enhance infrastructure performance and security.

During maintenance (5:00 AM to 3:00 PM on both dates), the following services will be unavailable:

User authentication via TaxisNet codes (gov.gr, IDIKA, e-EFKA, etc.).

Platforms accessed via GSIS’s Interoperability Center suck as Asset Declarations, Unified Payment Authority, e-Paravolo, and web services.

Tax administration services of the Ministry of Finance and National Economy including TAXISnet, ICISnet, TAXIS, Elenxis, and MIS.
