Greek police seized 50 kilograms of explosives and various weapons during a raid on an apartment in Athens.

According to the Associated Press, this operation followed raids at five different locations in Athens two weeks ago, which were also linked to explosives and firearms. However, any potential connection between the two incidents remains unclear.
In addition to the explosives, authorities discovered various firearms, fake vehicle license plates, and a laptop.
Organized crime groups in Greece have been involved in numerous assassination attempts using bomb attacks. Following a deadly explosion in an apartment last November that claimed one life, multiple individuals were taken into custody.
