Authorities reported 25 total casualties, consistent with last year’s figures:

Traffic police investigations identified the primary causes as:

As part of ongoing road safety operations, traffic police issued 8,077 violations in March, including 1,706 classified as dangerous offenses.

- 128 for not wearing seat belts
- 120 for not wearing helmets

- 74 for mobile phone use while driving
- 65 for driving under the influence
- 59 for driving in the opposite lane
- Additional offenses involved illegal overtaking, dangerous maneuvers, worn tires, and failure to yield.
