Vasilis Lurbas is the new president of the Rhodope Medical Chamber
As a result of the distribution of duties in the Rhodope Chamber of Physicians, Cardiologist Vasilis Lourbas became the president, while Urology Specialist Ferhat Mustafa became the vice president.
The new president of the Rhodope Chamber of Physicians is Cardiologist Dr. Vasilis Lurbas.
In the general assembly elections held on Sunday, October 16th, three people from the list of doctors from the Turkish minority for the first time were elected to the board of directors consisting of 11 people.
Vasilis Lurbas, Vula Eleftheriadu and ex-president Konstantinos Haritopulos were nominated for the new board of directors' meeting on Monday, October 31st.
In the presidential election, Vasilis Lourbas was elected president by getting 6 votes of the members of the board of directors, while Vula Elefteriadu and Konstandinos Haritopulos got 2 votes each.
As a result of the elections, the distribution of duties in the Rhodope Doctors Chamber was as follows:
