Turkish Consulate in Gümülcine to host Traditional Turkish Coffee Event
The Consulate General of Türkiye in Gümülcine is organizing a special cultural event to celebrate and promote the enduring tradition of Turkish coffee. The gathering aims to bring together local residents and coffee enthusiasts to experience this centuries-old heritage.
Announced under the title “The Journey of a Cup: The Story of a Centuries-Old Flavor,” the event will take place on December 5, 2025, inviting guests to explore the cultural significance and historical journey of Turkish coffee.
According to the statement released by the Consulate, all visitors interested in experiencing this longstanding tradition are welcome. The event will be held on Friday, December 5, from 18:00 to 20:00 at the Komotini Club (Leshi Komotineon), located at El. Venizelou 52.
The program will highlight the historical evolution of Turkish coffee, its cultural value, and the traditional preparation techniques passed down through generations.
