They tried to steal fish from a fish farm in Rhodope

A local man was arrested last night by police officers of the Crime Prevention and Suppression Team of the Department of Prosecution and Detection of Crimes of Komotini.

On Sunday afternoon, a man and three accomplices who are wanted, attempted, using nets and a makeshift boat, to remove fish from a fishing cooperative in the area.

A boat, oars and nets were seized, which were returned to the authorities.

The preliminary investigation is carried out by the Department of Prosecution and Detection of Crimes Komotini.
