Tea gatherings launched by the Mufti’s Office of Gümülcine
The Mufti’s Office of Gümülcine has launched a new initiative aimed at strengthening community bonds through informal “tea gatherings.”
Organized by the Women’s Guidance Team affiliated with the Mufti’s Office, the program offers women an opportunity to engage in spiritual discussions while also encouraging social solidarity.
According to the announcement, the first meeting was held in Yassıköy, where participants showed considerable interest. The gathering provided a warm atmosphere for conversations on religious topics as well as the sharing of everyday experiences.
Officials from the Mufti’s Office stated that the tea gatherings will continue regularly in various villages and regions. They emphasized that such activities support women’s participation in social life and help reinforce unity, solidarity, and awareness within the community.
