Spectacular closing of the Miracle Theatre

The Miracle Theatre of the Western Thrace Minority University Graduates Association had a spectacular closing on Monday 22 April at the Xanthi Indoor Amphitheatre.

In the last performance of the Mucize Theatre Group, the play "There is No Other World" written and directed by Senemahu TOPUZ was staged.

The meaningful play, in which important messages on the theme of environment were given, was sold out. Hundreds of spectators who filled the Xanthi Indoor Amphitheatre gave the play a standing ovation.

In his speech at the end of the night, Hüseyin Baltacı, President of the Western Thrace Minority University Graduates Association, stated that this world belongs to children and thanked the whole team and the actors.

Consul General of Türkiye in Komotini Aykut Ünal said in his speech: "I am very honoured to be here as the representative of the Republic of Türkiye founded by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who gave a day as a gift to the children of the world. We have been experiencing very beautiful moments for three days. I would like to thank these children who are small in age but big in heart."

At the end of the performance, the children who took the stage were presented a plaque of appreciation one by one. Hüseyin Baltacı, President of the Western Thrace Minority University Graduates Association also presented flowers to the theatre instructor Senemahu Topuz.

Consul General of Türkiye in Komotini Aykut Ünal and his wife İlayda Ünal, Mufti of Xanthi Mustafa Trampa, Mayor of Mustafçova Ahmet Kurt, President of Xanthi Turkish Union Ozan Ahmetoğlu, President of WTMUGA Hüseyin Baltacı, Director of Xanthi Minority Secondary School and High School Selçuk Fehmi and hundreds of kinsmen watched the children's show with great appreciation.
