Özgür Ferhat: 'Israel shoots civilians under the name of self-defence'
Rodopi SYRIZA MP Özgür Ferhat reacted to the Israeli attacks. In his statement on the subject, Ferhat stated that Israel, under the name of self-defence, shot civilians without discriminating between the elderly, women and children.
Deputy Özgür Ferhat stated the following in his statement "We have been witnessing a crime against humanity and an unprecedented drama in the Gaza Strip for ten days and 240 hours non-stop.

What happened last night, the shooting of the hospital where unprotected people, sick and wounded people took shelter and the death of hundreds of innocent and helpless people cannot be considered as a defensive and preventive intervention by Israel for any reason and cannot be justified. Palestine and especially the Gaza Strip is about to be destroyed.
This is clearly a war crime and a crime against humanity. As soon as possible, the United Nations, the countries that can provide a ceasefire and constitute a regional power defending peace, the European Union and International Law Commissions must put an end to this atrocity. One should be silent when children are sleeping, not when they are dying."
