New Democracy Party will focus on the Rhodope province before the elections on 25 June. In this framework, the party's president Kyriakos Mitsotakis and many of the party's staff are planning to visit Komotini.
It is stated that the visits will start on Friday 9 June with the visit of Dora Bakoyanni, former foreign minister and one of the leading figures of NDP. Kostis Hatzidakis, who has served as a minister, is expected to arrive later. Dimitris Avramopoulos and Hristos Staykuras will also visit the province of Rodopi. According to the statements of NDP Rodopi Provincial Organisation President Yannis Tzambazis, NDP President and former Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will visit the province of Rodopi in the last week before the elections.
According to the news published in the local press, the NDP will emphasise the visit of its staff in order to change the situation in the province of Rodopi, the only province where the NDP lost the first place.
