Mufti of Komotini İbrahim Şerif pays visit to Kozlukebir Municipality
President of the Consultative Committee of the Turkish Minority of Western Thrace (BTTADK) and Mufti of Komotini İbrahim Şerif visited Erdem Hüseyin, Mayor of Kolukebir Municipality.
During his visit to the municipality, Mufti İbrahim Şerif was accompanied by Sedat Hasan, President of Komotini Turkish Youth Union (GTGB), who is a member of the municipality.
Mufti İbrahim Şerif and GTGB President Sedat Hasan were welcomed at the municipality by Mayor Erdem Hüseyin and other elected officials.
Hüseyin Sadık, Deputy Mayor for Sirkeli District, Sabri Terzi, Member of the Municipality Council from Çelebiköy and Cihat Şerif, Member of the Municipality Council from Durhasanlar attended the visit meeting.
The statement made by Kozlukebir Municipality regarding the visit read as follows:
"Elected Mufti of Komotini, President of B.T.T.A.D.K. Mr. İbrahim Şerif and President of G.T.G.B. Mr. Sedat Hasan visited our Mayor Ecz. Erdem Hüseyin in his office and wished him success in his new duty. Our Mayor expressed his satisfaction for their first visit to Kozlukebir Municipality after the elections and thanked them."
