MP Özgür Ferhat hosts Minority High School Students at Greek Parliament
The group, consisting of second-year high school students and their teachers, toured the parliament building on Monday, March 30, gaining firsthand insight into legislative processes and parliamentary procedures. During the visit, students were briefed on how laws are drafted and the role of MPs within Greece’s political system.
Ferhat expressed his satisfaction at welcoming the students from Gümülcine to the capital.
“It was a pleasure to host the second-grade high school students and their teachers from Celal Bayar Minority School in Athens. I had the opportunity to provide them with a brief overview of parliamentary work and the legislative process,” Ferhat said in a social media statement.
He also praised the students, highlighting their enthusiasm and engagement.
