Mayor donates the money he set aside for Umrah to earthquake victims
Mustafçova Mayor Rıdvan Delihüseyin and his wife Ayşe Alibaşoğlu acted as an exemplary one and donated the money they set aside for the Umrah visit to the earthquake victims.
Mustafçova Mayor Rıdvan Delihüseyin delivered the amount of aid to Xanthi Mufti Mustafa Trampa.
In the statement made by the Mufti of Xanthi on the subject, the following statements were included:
"In our homeland, Türkiye, on Monday morning, February 6, 2023, the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquakes, described as the "disaster of the century", occurred. In this direction, an aid campaign was launched in our Xanthi Mufti under the leadership of the Western Thrace Turkish Minority Advisory Board.
Accordingly, the Mayor of Mustafçova, Rıdvan Deli Hüseyin, visited our virtuous Mufti on February 15, 2023 and acted as an example. Mustafçova Mayor Rıdvan Deli Hüseyin and his precious wife Ayşe Alibaşoğlu donated the Umrah money to our earthquake victims. In addition, our Mayor Mufti informed Trampa that he could allocate two apartments in Edirne to our earthquake victims indefinitely. Our mufti thanked the benevolent Mayor of Musafçova, Rıdvan Deli Hüseyin, and his precious wife Ayşe Alibaşoğlu for their exemplary behavior.”
