Mayor candidate from Western Thrace for Kinik
In the municipal elections to be held in Türkiye on 31 March, a mayoral candidate from Western Thrace will also compete.
Justice and Development Party nominated Sami Molla Ahmet, originally from Western Thrace, as the mayor candidate in Kınık district of Izmir.
Following the announcement of Kınık Mayor Dr Sadık Doğruer as a candidate for Bergama Mayor, AK Party district chairman Sami Molla Ahmet was nominated as a candidate in Kınık.
Sami Molla Ahmet is originally from Ketenlik village of Mustafchova municipality of Xanthi and resides in Kınık, Türkiye.
The nomination of Sami Molla Ahmet from Ketenlik, who has been involved in local politics for many years, as a presidential candidate by the AK Party was welcomed with great joy in Western Thrace and especially in his hometown Ketenlik village.
