Kinsman from Komotini who went missing on Friday found dead

In Komotini, a kinsman who had been missing since Friday was found dead in a stream.
A kinsman residing in Seymen village of Komotini municipality in the province of Rodopi was found dead in a stream.
According to the preliminary information, 73-year-old M.M., who went to Demirbeyli Stream area near the village on Friday (14 June) in the evening, was not heard from again. Upon this, search operations were initiated in the region.
Divers from the Thessaloniki Search and Rescue team of the Greek Special Disaster Response Unit (EMAK) also supported the two-day search operations. As a result of the searches, the lifeless body of the missing compatriot was reached today (Sunday, 17 June) at a depth of 3 metres in the stream. The body was taken to the morgue of Komotini State Hospital for autopsy.
