İskeçe primary school fundraiser draws strong community turnout
A traditional charity bazaar organised to support sixth-grade students at the İskeçe Central Turkish Minority Primary School brought together students, parents, community representatives and local officials on Sunday, October 11.
The event was organised in cooperation with the school's Parent-Teacher Association and parents, with proceeds intended to help fund a trip for students graduating from the primary school this year.
Families of the sixth-grade students prepared a variety of homemade foods for sale, while children's activities, including face painting and hand-drawn designs, added to the festive atmosphere.
