İskeçe Mufti Office youth gather at Kastamonu camp
Young members of the İskeçe Mufti Office came together in Türkiye as part of the Kastamonu Yolkonak Youth Camp, a program organized jointly by Türkiye’s Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB).
The camp brought together young people from different regions for a program focused on social interaction, cultural activities and personal development. Participants formed new friendships and took part in a wide range of activities designed to encourage teamwork and solidarity.
Young participants take part in diverse activities
Throughout the camp, the youth participated in activities including obstacle courses, paintball, team games, archery, music, handicrafts and logic and strategy games.
Organizers said the activities helped participants develop skills such as teamwork, responsibility, cooperation and self-confidence, while also providing opportunities for social interaction.
The program brought together both male and female youth groups affiliated with the İskeçe Mufti Office.
Evenings filled with culture and entertainment
Evening programs featured theater performances, traditional regional games and quiz competitions.
The activities provided participants with opportunities to have fun while discovering different cultural traditions and experiences shared by young people from various regions.
Exploring Kastamonu’s natural and cultural heritage
The camp program also included visits to Kastamonu Canyon and Kastamonu city center.
During the excursions, participants had the opportunity to explore the region’s natural landscapes as well as its historical and cultural heritage.
Emphasis on brotherhood and solidarity
The İskeçe Mufti Office highlighted the importance of programs that contribute to young people’s development through national and spiritual values, social skills and new experiences.
The Mufti Office said similar activities aimed at broadening young people’s horizons and strengthening feelings of brotherhood, solidarity and social connection are expected to continue in the future.
