İbrahim Baltalı's poetry book published
The book, which includes the preface of the teacher-author Rahmi Ali, consists of 60 pages. The book includes poems that Baltalı wrote between 1990 and 2000.
It was stated that the book was supported by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities, within the scope of the Genealogical Literatures Program (SEDEP).Baltalı also published the books titled "A Legend Ends" in which the memories of retired teachers are told, "29 January and Behind the Scenes", "Quarter-Century Trial Xanthi Turkish Union" and "Çanakkale Martyrs".
He also published the 1st and 2nd volumes of the "Western Thrace Villages Encyclopedia", and the work on the 3rd volume is in the final stage.
Baltalı was deemed worthy of the "Service to Turkish Culture Award" by the Turkish Folk Culture Institution in Ankara in 2018.
