FUEN TAG Spokesperson Habipoğlu meets with the Secretary General of the Organisation of Turkic States
During the meeting held at the TDT Headquarters in Fatih, Istanbul, Habipoğlu introduced TAG, which was established in 2013 on his initiative during his term as Vice President of FUEN, the largest umbrella organisation of indigenous and national minorities in Europe. Giving information about the work and activities of TAG, Habipoğlu noted that TAG brings together Turkish minorities and communities living in a very wide geography from the Balkans to the Caucasus under its roof.
Habipoğlu noted that TAG member organisations representing Turkish minorities and communities meet at TAG annual meetings held in a different country every year and said that TAG supports the voice of Turkish minorities and communities whose problems are urgent to be heard before international organisations.
During the meeting, cooperation issues between TAG and CSA and TAG's participation in CSA's events were discussed.
