Former WTMUGA President Mehmet Emin mourns the loss of his father
Emin Emin, father of former Western Thrace Minority Higher Education Association (BTAYTD) president Mehmet Emin and accountant Ahmet Emin, has passed away.
Born in 1938, Emin Emin spent his final days at home before passing away on Sunday, March 16, 2025. A well-respected figure in his community, he was known for his kindness and the positive impact he had on many lives.
A funeral ceremony was held at his home in Kırmahalle on Monday, March 17, 2025, following the afternoon prayer. During the ceremony, prayers were recited, and his family, relatives, neighbors, and attendees paid their final respects.
After the prayers, Emin Emin's funeral was taken to the Gümülcine Kahveci Cemetery, where another prayer was held before he was laid to rest. His loved ones bid him farewell with prayers and blessings.
