Forest fire in Mustafçova region of İskeçe

A forest fire that broke out near the village of Basaykova in the Mustafçova region of İskeçe was quickly brought under control with aerial support.
The fire, which started in the mountainous area near Basaykova village this afternoon, was contained thanks to the intense efforts of firefighting teams.
As the fire rapidly spread in the forested area, aerial firefighting interventions managed to halt its progress, and the flames were extinguished.
