Folk dance teams participate in the 19 May event organised by the Governorship of Edirne
Xanthi Turkish Union and Komotini Turkish Youth Union Folk Dance Teams participated in the events organised by Edirne Governorship on the occasion of 19 May Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day.
The folk dances teams of Xanthi Turkish Union and Komotini Turkish Youth Union participated in the events held in Edirne on 18-19 May upon the invitation of the Governorship of Edirne.
Our Folk Dance teams, together with other teams from the Balkans, participated in Edirne city tour on Saturday 18 May. The delegations paid a courtesy visit to Edirne Governor Yunus Sezer at the Governorate on Sunday, 19 May.
Teams from 6 Balkan countries participated in the events organised by Edirne Governorship. Our Folk Dance teams, together with other teams from the Balkans, participated in the performances on Saraçlar Street in Edirne, followed by Edirne Governor Yunus Sezer. The performances of ITB and GTGB teams were highly appreciated by the audience. İTB and GTGB teams left Edirne after the completion of the activities on Sunday 19 May.
