Farewell and university send-off night organized by İskeçe Turkish Union Youth Branch
The Youth Branch of the İskeçe Turkish Union (İTB) held its traditional Farewell and University Send-off Night for young people beginning their higher education journey this year.
The event was attended by İTB President Kerem Abdurahimoğlu. With the end of Youth Branch President Mustafa Budur’s term, the evening carried both the joy of sending students off to university and the emotions of a leadership transition.
The program opened with a live music performance prepared by İTB Music Course instructor Süleyman Kara and his students. This was followed by farewell speeches from Youth Branch President Mustafa Budur and Vice President Enes Karadayı, who reflected on their years of service and wished the students success in their academic life.
In his address, İTB President Kerem Abdurahimoğlu shared advice with the new university students, saying: “Your educational journey is only the beginning. You are the future and the most valuable asset of our community. Believe in your goals and never give up on hard work.”
At the end of the night, a Certificate of Appreciation was presented to Mustafa Budur by İTB President Abdurahimoğlu and Youth Branch Coordinator Önder Şabanoğlu in recognition of his dedication and contributions. The ceremony concluded with the cutting of a farewell cake and a group photo session.
