Deputy Minister of National Education, YTB President visit Xanthi Turkish Union
Deputy Minister of National Education of Türkiye, Nazif Yılmaz, along with the President of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), Abdullah Eren, continued their official visit to Western Thrace with a stop at the Xanthi Turkish Union (İTB).
The delegation first visited the Muzaffer Salihoğlu Minority Middle and High School in Xanthi before proceeding to the İTB headquarters. Upon arrival, they were warmly welcomed at the entrance by İTB President Ozan Ahmetoğlu, board members, and young girls who presented flowers.
Following the reception, a meeting was held at the İTB building, where President Ahmetoğlu provided detailed information about the union's history and activities.
To commemorate the visit, Deputy Minister Yılmaz presented a gift to President Ahmetoğlu, while Ahmetoğlu, in return, presented framed photographs to Yılmaz and YTB President Abdullah Eren.
