The Western Thrace Turkish Women’s Platform is organizing a conference titled “Tracing Addiction” to raise awareness in the fight against addiction.
The Western Thrace Turkish Women’s Platform is organizing a conference titled “Tracing Addiction” to raise awareness in the fight against addiction.
The event will take place on Saturday, June 21 at 6:00 PM at the Turkish Youth Union of Komotini, focusing on addiction from both scientific and social perspectives.
Clinical Psychologist Betül Özdoğan Küçük will deliver a presentation on “Addiction and Its Types,” while Clinical Psychologist Koray Bağdatlı will speak on “Holding Onto a Void: Understanding Addiction.”
In addition, a youth-prepared art exhibition on the theme of addiction will be open to visitors.
Open to all segments of society, the conference aims to deliver particularly impactful messages to young people.
