Association of Western Thrace Turks in Bursa pay visit Provincial Directorate of Migration Management

President of the Western Thrace Turks Solidarity Association Bursa Branch Dr. Ali Eminlatif and Board Members visited Bursa Governorship Provincial Migration Management Director Recep Batu and Turkish Relative Communities and Settlement Law Study Head Enver Uğur Evren.

Regarding the visit, "President Eminlatif, who explained that they frequently meet with the Bursa Provincial Directorate of Migration Management, with whom they have been working in harmony for a long time, during the resolution of the problems of our fellow citizens, said "our Provincial Directorate of Migration Management Recep Batu has not spared us any help so far. We have full faith that we will work in our company, we thank all the employees of the institution in the presence of our manager".

Bursa Provincial Immigration Administration Recep Batu, who thanked Ali Eminlatif and YK members for their visit, stated that it is very pleasing to work with the BTTDD Bursa Branch Administration in a cosmopolitan city like Bursa and stated that the cooperation between the two institutions will continue from now on.

During the visit, some of the problems experienced by our fellow citizens were conveyed to the authorities of the institution and the steps to be followed were decided.

INFORMATION ABOUT LONG TERM RESIDENCE PERMITS!

The solutions reached as a result of the meeting are stated below and presented to the information of our fellow citizens.

- In order to complete the missing fingerprint process, SMS is sent to the phone numbers of our kinsmen whose fingerprints cannot be taken during the pandemic process. Our citizens should apply to Bursa Provincial Directorate of Migration Management in order to complete the missing procedures on the appointment days and hours specified in the SMS sent to our citizens by the Institution. BUT, if our kinsmen, who for any reason cannot go to the fingerprint appointment on the date and time specified by the institution, contact the BTTDD Bursa Branch to complete this deficiency, they will be assisted by the BTTDD Bursa Branch and they will be provided to take the necessary actions. Only children under the age of 10 and those who have an apology report stating that they cannot give fingerprints are exempt from the fingerprint application.

- Our kinsmen who have a Long Term Residence Permit (applicants with a passport) are required to notify the Bursa Provincial Directorate of Migration Management of their new passports as soon as possible if they change their passports.

- If our kinsmen who have a Long Term Residence Permit change their address, they must inform the Bursa Provincial Directorate of Migration Management of their new addresses.
