Additional deadline for land registry and cadastre notifications in Rhodope

The deadline for the land registry and cadastre notifications in Rhodope province was due to end on 29 February. As a result of the initiatives made, additional time was granted for notifications. Citizens will be able to make house and field notifications until 13 May.

The deadline for land registry and cadastre notifications in the province of Rodopi was due to end tomorrow. However, many citizens have not yet been able to notify their immovable properties. In order to prevent these citizens from being victimised, the Ministry of Digital Governance has accepted the request for an extension of the deadline.

As a result of the request of the Rodopi Lawyers' Bar Association and the parliamentary question submitted to the Ministry of Digital Governance by the New Left Party Rodopi MP Özgür Ferhat, an additional deadline for the submissions was given until 13 May.

Rodopi MP Özgür Ferhat made a statement on the issue on his social media account and stated the following:

"Normally, tomorrow the Land Registry and Cadastre (KTIMATOLOGIO) would have closed for the Rhodope region, but at the request of the lawyers' bar association and with our intervention, we won an extension until the 13th of May. Our aim is to extend it for another year.
We continue to solve the current problems of our people. "
