ABTTF President Habipoğlu meets with advisory board chairman
Halit Habipoğlu, President of the Federation of Western Thrace Turks in Europe (ABTTF), visited Mustafa Trampa, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Turkish Minority of Western Thrace (BTTADK) and Mufti of Xanthi, at his office on March 8.
During the meeting, Habipoğlu congratulated Trampa on his unanimous election as Chairman of the Advisory Board on February 17 and wished him success in his new role and upcoming endeavors.
Habipoğlu provided Trampa with insights into ABTTF’s international efforts to advocate for the rights and interests of the Turkish community in Western Thrace.
The discussion also covered the current challenges faced by the Turkish minority in the region, as well as recent developments in Western Thrace and Greece. Emphasizing ABTTF’s commitment to the rightful cause of the Western Thrace Turkish community, Habipoğlu expressed the federation’s readiness to collaborate and work jointly with BTTADK.
