3D support equipment project for people with disabilities launched in Gümülcine
A new initiative aimed at improving the daily lives of people with disabilities has been launched in Gümülcine. System and G and the Association of Disabled People and Their Friends “PERPATO” are implementing a joint project under the European Solidarity Corps programme.
The project focuses on producing customized assistive equipment using 3D printing technology. The design of these support items is based on the individual needs of beneficiaries and is carried out collaboratively by teams from both organizations.
The initiative aims to enhance the independence and everyday quality of life of people with disabilities. It is also considered a model for the application of modern technology in the social sector.
