Abdullah Eren, the President of Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) in Türkiye, reacted to the threats made to the Republic Day celebration in Komotini.
YTB President Eren listed the events that took place in connection with the Turkish Minority in Greece in the last week via his social media account.
Abdullah Eren used the following statements in his post, citing the threat and program change statement made by the Turkish Consulate General in Komotini, against the Republic Day Reception:
“The provocations of Greece in the last week!
-Conversion of the martyrdom into a music school in Rhodes
-Demanding to close the Turkish supporters' association because its name is Western Thrace.
-The usurpation of foundation rights in Rhodes & Kos
-Now! Threats to the Republic Day program in Komotini."
