Antalya Diplomacy Forum completed
Rhodope MP Özgür Ferhat, Xanthi MP Hüseyin Zeybek, Friendship Equality Peace Party President Çiğdem Asafoğlu and Kerem Abdurrahimoğlu, Human Rights Expert of the Western Thrace Minority University Graduates Association, attended the ADF 2024 held in Antalya's NEST Congress Centre.
In the forum, which was organised with the main theme of "Highlighting Diplomacy in Times of Crises", many issues, including climate change, migration, anti-Islamism, trade wars and artificial intelligence, as well as global issues and crises, were discussed by experts.
In 2021, approximately 2 thousand people participated in the ADF, this year 4 thousand 700 people from 148 countries participated.
In addition to diplomats and politicians, students, academics, representatives of non-governmental organisations and the business world participated in the panel, and the Presidential Communications Directorate organised the "Bulletproof Dreams: Gazan Child Artists Exhibition" was organised.
Refik Anadol's exhibition and the "Diplomacy Tunnel", which reveals how rich the history of Turkey's diplomacy is and shows how this diplomacy has come to a point with the "Turkish Century" and how it has transformed Turkey into a regional and global power, also attracted attention.
