Hefty fines ahead for 350,000 drivers with uninsured cars, no KTEO, and unpaid road taxes

The first wave of electronic notifications carrying fines of up to €10,000 is set to arrive in the digital mailboxes of more than 350,000 vehicle owners identified as driving illegally.
