On December 17, 2024, Jean-Luc Lavaud, the French Consul General in Thessaloniki and Director of the French Institute of Thessaloniki, paid a visit to Hristodoulos Topsidis, the Regional Governor of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace (EMT).
