Expats beware: Istanbul metro won’t allow large bags anymore, adds extra fees

Metro Istanbul, the city’s metro and rail operator affiliated with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, announced on Tuesday new rules on luggage, restricting the size and number of bags passengers may carry and requiring an additional fee for extra suitcases.
