'Chief Advisor' title to Mustafa Aliçavuş from FEP Party

At the first Central Executive Committee and Board of Directors meeting of the Friendship Equality Peace (DEB) Party in 2023, it was unanimously accepted that former chairman Mustafa Aliçavuş be given the title of "Chief Advisor".
