It’s time to united for AOX

A meeting will be held for the future of Xanthi AOX football team, which was withdrawn from the Greek Super League-2 due to the economic and management crisis.

Xanthi Veteran Footballers Association announced in a statement that a meeting will be held to discuss the future of the AOX Football team. The team was relegated to the second league last year and then withdrawn from the league, after fighting in the super league for years.  

It was noted that the meeting, which is open to everyone, will take place on Wednesday, September 28 at 20:00 in the meeting room of the Xanthi Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It was stated that important decisions about the future of the team will also be taken at the meeting.

Xanthi football team was relegated to the second division last year after battling in the Greek Super League for 31 years.

Xanthi AOX football team, which struggled for the championship in the second league last season, announced that it withdrew from the league this season due to economic problems.

The future of the team remains uncertain.
