Fenerbahçe continues its unbeaten run in Europe
Fenerbahçe hosted Bulgarian team Ludogorets in the UEFA European Conference League Group H 3rd week match.
Ludogorets came into the match in the 5th minute. Seco, who moved to the long pass sent by Nedyalkov from the defence, entered the penalty area from the left diagonal and shot, but goalkeeper İrfan Can Eğribayat managed to send the ball to the corner.
In the 26th minute, Fred, who entered the penalty area from the right on Batshuayi's pass, shot from the diagonal and the ball returned from goalkeeper Sluga to Tadic on the left diagonal. In the shot of this footballer, the ball went slightly out of the side.
In the 42nd minute Fenerbahçe took the lead. Fred, who met the ball in the midfield, sent a pass behind the defence which hit the defence and the ball ended up in front of Batshuayi. As soon as this player entered the penalty area from the right diagonal, he hit the ball into the net: 1-0.
The first 45 minutes ended with Fenerbahce leading 1-0.
Second half
In the 48th minute, Zajc took the free kick from the left diagonal outside the penalty area. In the centre of this footballer, Crespo, who rose well at the penalty spot, hit his head but goalkeeper Sluga controlled the ball.
In the 52nd minute Fenerbahçe increased the difference to 2. Oosterwolde, who entered the penalty area from the left after Tadic's pass, centred into the goal area. The ball bounced off the defence and found Zajc on the penalty spot. This footballer's hard shot went into the net: 2-0.
In the 65th minute, Ludogorets reduced the difference to 1. Naressi attempted an attempt to hit the ball that ricocheted off Becao at the corner kick used from the left. The ball hit Becao again and went into the net leaving goalkeeper İrfan Can Eğribayat on the counter: 2-1.
In the 82nd minute Ludogorets came dangerous. Tekpetey, who entered the penalty area from the right on Piotrowski's intermediate pass, shot from the diagonal, but goalkeeper İrfan Can Eğribayat did not allow the goal. The ball bounced off İrfan Can and stayed in front of Duah, who missed the ball.
In the 90+3rd minute, Fenerbahçe increased the difference to 2 again. Szymanski, who met the ball on the left diagonal inside the penalty area on Cengiz Ünder's pass, passed the ball to the penalty arc after getting rid of 2 opponents. Zajc, who was in a favourable position at this point, sent the ball into the net with a neat kick: 3-1.
The match ended with a 3-1 victory for Fenerbahçe.
In the first match in the group, the yellow navy team defeated Danish representative Nordsjaelland 3-1, while in the second match they defeated Spartak Trnava 2-1 away from home.
