Working hours of KEPs changing

Dimitris Kirmikiroglou, Secretary General of Public Administration of the Ministry of Interior, reminded that the shift change should be observed and noted that violations would be disciplinary offences.

The new working hours for KEPs with four or more employees in municipalities with a population of up to 20,000 people and KEPs with five or more employees (including supervisors) in municipalities with a population of more than 20,000 people have been announced:

The centres will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and the public will be served from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The public service hours of the centres, which will be open from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays, are announced as 8:00 am to 1:30 pm.

In the centres whose working hours have not been extended, employees will work from 7:30 to 15:30 from Monday to Friday, and public service in these centres will be from 7:45 to 15:00 from Monday to Friday.
