Türkiye, Greece launch bilateral call for R&D and innovation projects

The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) and the General Secretariat for Research and Innovation of Greece (GSRI) have jointly announced a bilateral call for proposals to support research and development (R&D) and innovation projects with a focus on academia and industry collaboration.
This call is part of the TÜBİTAK 1071 Program and is conducted under the cooperation protocol signed between TÜBİTAK and GSRI. The initiative aims to fund joint R&D and innovation projects involving academic institutions and industrial partners from both countries.
Priority Areas
Applications are open for project proposals in the following thematic areas:
- Life sciences, health, and pharmaceuticals
- Agriculture and food
- Sustainable energy
- Materials, construction, and industry
- Culture, tourism, and creative industries
- Circular economy
Application Process and Deadline
Applicant teams are required to collaborate with a partner from the counterpart country. Proposals must be submitted by September 22, 2025.
