Time for spouses to submit separate declarations until 28 February

For the 2024 tax declaration, the application platform for spouses to submit separate declarations has been opened. Applications can be made from 10 January 2024 until 28 February 2024.

In order for spouses to make separate declarations, they must first apply via the following link:

If either spouse does not notify the option to file separate income tax returns by 28 February 2024, the spouses are required to file a joint return for the 2023 tax year.

Citizens who wish to make a separate declaration will be able to apply through their accountants.
