Supreme Court dismisses eight judges over misconduct, delays and health issues

A total of eight judges were dismissed by the disciplinary plenary of the Supreme Court due to inappropriate behavior, excessive delays and health-related reasons.

One deputy prosecutor of appeals was dismissed for repeated indecent conduct, having previously faced disciplinary sanctions for unjustified delays and unprofessional behavior.

The disciplinary body cited her use of abusive language and frequent altercations with neighbors in her apartment building, particularly over parking spaces in the underground garage.

In addition, six first instance judges were dismissed due to significant delays in performing their duties, which led to numerous complaints from lawyers.

Finally, a court of appeals judge was dismissed for health-related reasons.
