The Greek Supreme Court rejected the Spartiates party from running in the June 9 European Parliament elections, it was announced on Wednesday.
A total of 31 parties and party coalitions were approved to run by the Court's A1 Political Section, which relates to elections, out of 46 that had applied.
Several parties were also automatically rejected because they did not submit the 20,000-euro application fee required by electoral law.
