Pedestrian dragged by car dies

The old man trying to cross the road died after being dragged by the car.
A 73-year-old man died Sunday night when he was swept away by a car on Mesogeion Avenue in Attiki Province.
According to the report of the Traffic Police , an old man was dragged by a vehicle while trying to cross the street at the junction of Haritonidou Street and Mesogion at around 10 PM last night. The lucky man died at the scene.
An investigation into the traffic accident was initiated by the Northeastern Attiki Traffic Police .
