The general manager of the Hellenic Railways' (OSE) General Network Directorate was released without restrictive conditions on Wednesday, following testimony he provided on the Tempi train collision that killed 57 people on February 28.
The general manager of the Hellenic Railways' (OSE) General Network Directorate was released without restrictive conditions on Wednesday, following testimony he provided on the Tempi train collision that killed 57 people on February 28.
The man held the position of general manager from December 2019 to June 2020, and he testified before the investigating magistrate of Larissa.
His testimony completes a segment of the ongoing investigation by Larissa authorities in Thessaly, where the train crash occurred, that has led to the criminal prosecution of five OSE managers.
