Military dialogue between Türkiye and Greece continues
Following the mutual visits of the commanders of the border units in Thrace within the scope of Confidence Building Measures between Türkiye and Greece, General Metin Gürak, Chief of the General Staff, met with General Dimitrios Choupis, Chief of the General Staff of Greece, at the meeting of the Chiefs of Staff of the Balkan Countries in Albania. One of the important visits will be made today within the scope of the Confidence Building Measures Implementation Plan for 2024.
Navy Commander Vice Admiral Kadir Yıldız will pay a visit to the Greek Naval Command on 8-9 July.
Following this visit, General Ali Sivri, Commander of the First Army in Istanbul, will pay a visit to the Commander of the Greek First Army, whose headquarters are in Larisa.
