Greek police depts extend their hours ahead of Euroelections for ID cards, passport pickups

The directorate of the Greek police will extend the hours of operation of police stations issuing police identity cards and passport services, ahead of the European elections on Sunday.

Over the election weekend, the office hours are as follows:

For police identity cards 

Saturday, June 8, 08:00 to 20:00 
Sunday, June 9, 07:00 to 19:00 

For passports 

Saturday, June 8, 08:00 to 15:00 
Sunday, June 9, 07:00 to 19:00 

During these days, citizens may pick up either their police identity cards or their passports, but only applications for police identities will be accepted. Scheduled appointments will be honored.
