Gov.gr becomes a personalized digital gateway for citizens

Greece’s public administration portal Gov.gr is transitioning into a personalized digital gateway that offers citizens a unified and tailored service experience. 

Since its beta launch with 500 services, the platform has expanded to more than 2,230 services and now attracts over 2.5 million visits per month.

The transformation is being carried out through the CRM project, a single digital infrastructure for citizens and businesses. 

According to Digital Governance Minister Dimitris Papastergiou, the goal is to reduce bureaucracy, improve transparency, and modernize public services by giving citizens a consolidated view of all their interactions with the state, while enabling faster and more efficient responses from public administration.
