Fines for non-vaccinated to be lifted

Acting Minister of Health, Mina Gaga, announced that the fine of 100 euros for those over the age of 60 who do not get vaccinated will be lifted in the coming days.
Gaga said in a statement that the penalty of 100 euros applied to citizens over the age of 60 who did not receive the Covid -19 vaccines could be lifted in April.
Acting Minister Gaga, speaking on SKAI television, noted that citizens over the age of 60 who have not been vaccinated will not have to pay a fine of 100 euros in the summer.
Gaga stated that the process regarding the annulment of the penalty will be made in April. She said that the penalty measure has resulted in results and that there has been a significant increase in the population over the age of 60 who have been vaccinated.
Stating that the steps taken to return life to normal can accelerate with the decrease in the number of daily cases, Deputy Minister Gaga stated that the fourth dose of vaccine is currently being considered for people with health problems but not everyone.
