The traffic accident occurred on the Hora-Ano Meras motorway at noon on Sunday when a motorcycle driver hit a cow, Cyclades24.gr reported.
The impact of the collision caused the motorbike to go off the road, causing the 39-year-old driver to fall on the road.
According to sources, the cow suddenly jumped in front of the driver, causing him to lose control of the motorbike and end up on the ground.
The driver was taken by EKAV ambulance to Mykonos Health Centre, but despite all the efforts of the doctors, he could not be saved.
